Colortrade is proud to have been awarded Bronze status in the latest annual sustainability assessment by EcoVadis.

Continuing Colortrade’s ongoing process on investments on technologies and market intelligence the company attended the TiO2 World Summit, which took place on September 15th and 16th in Cleveland, USA.

According to the Brazilian Association of Paint Manufacturers – Abrafati, Brazil is one of the five largest paint markets in the world, with a volume of automotive paints that exceeds 100 billion liters, which corresponds to around 6.8% of the total of paints produced in our country.

The growing concern with environmental issues has directly influenced the adequacy of the chemical industry. As a result, an increase in the demand for the use of sustainable materials in various segments is seen in the market, which led to the expansion of consumption of organic pigments, which generally have low or even no toxicity in their composition.
